Before getting in touch with us, a few points of clarification:
• Neither The TV Room nor The TV Room + has any direct connection with the broadcasting organisations whose material is featured on their pages. If you wish to comment on any aspect of a broadcaster's output, you will need to contact the broadcaster directly.
• We do not provide video/DVD copies of material featured on the site.
• Please do not write requesting further information on a particular subject. We make every effort to publish as much background information as possible on both sites.
• We do not supply contact details or publicity shots for announcers or presenters.
• If you wish to supply video material, we are happy to receive standard VHS and DVD recordings. We will also accept high-quality MPEG-4/H.264 files, where the resolution is in the region of 768 x 576 (4:3) and 800 x 450 (16:9).
• The TV Room and The TV Room + are hobby sites. They are updated as and when time permits. Please do not contact us to ask when specific material will be added to the sites. It is not possible to give timeframes. Any plans that we may have for the sites (that we wish to make public) will be published online.
